What to Bring to the Branch

You don’t need much. Here’s what to bring depending on what you want to do:

To open an eGlobex account:
• A valid photo ID — accepted: international passport, EEA identity card, driver’s licence, or residence permit
• Proof of address — a recent utility bill, rent receipt, or bank statement in your name (or your host’s, with a signed attestation d’hébergement)
• Your smartphone, to download the eGlobex app and verify your identity

To send money via Western Union:
• A valid photo ID (passport accepted for all nationalities)
• The recipient’s details — name, country, and the pickup method (cash or bank transfer)
• Cash for the transfer amount plus fees

To exchange currency:
• A valid photo ID
• The foreign currency you wish to exchange (bills only — no coins)
