Find your eGlobex Details
Once your eGlobex account has been approved, you can easily access your details in the app:
- Open the eGlobex app
- Click on “Profile” in the bottom navigation bar
- You will find all your IBAN and account details there
How the Transfer Works
Once your eGlobex account is activated, you receive full account details (IBAN, BIC, etc.), just like a regular bank account.
When you send money through an agent:
- The funds are transferred to your eGlobex IBAN
- The transaction is processed as a standard bank transfer
